A sculptural form, a peculiarly balanced crystal, of which the entire impressive dimension is never captured.

 Located on one of the busiest streets that connects highway and the city center, this 45 story building rises 160-meters above the city and spans 240-meters. The first 5 floors house shops. The middle 28 floors contain offices while the top 12 floors are reserved for luxury hotel.

The building is characterized by large reinforced concrete pillars, located in the intersection area of the two forms that make up the building plan. Within these are facilities and vertical ascents. The pillars are stamped with steel slabs, structured as bridges. This technique enables supports suspension of 22 meters above the street below.

The space between the pillars is hollow to maximise light, while generating a series of lobbies for the offices and the hotel.
