Residential complex divided into twenty apartments. The project inserts the main volumes in the highest part of the land, favoring exposure, accessibility and above all preserving the large park.

A square that ends as a balcony over the landscape welcomes and distributes users. From this square, people can access residence or continue down the path towards the city center.

The project is designed to give each living unit the feeling of living in a tree house, a tree in brown reinforced concrete. The vertical circulations are the stem while the apartments, widely glazed, are the branches and balconies, the leaves.
